Well clearly if you do business & agree a price/fee and at the end of the job I for example said I now want more money that we agreed you would be happy to pay me that additional money. Which is fair enough. I have to say that when I agree a fee with my clients I stick to it.

With regard to my fees to Ch4, I am not saying that this is alot, what it does "say" is that Ch4 paid for me to take part in a doct, this breaches their regulations.

My busines is not "porn" I shoot about 5 days if I can be bothered, I don't do it for the money, as there is no real money in this level of porn. In fact I earn more money laying in bed.

I think those of you that know me, will think there must of been a bigger picture. Perhaps one should think:

1 - Ch4 Aired Un Model Released Footage

2 - Ch4 Had know authority to show clips of James Edwards' Real Girl Friends

3 - Ch4 misrepresented a number of issues - an example

when with her new boyfriend
etc etc etc

4- Now if due to these & other points a business turn over fell from ?750k pa to say nil the owners of that business could sue for damamges. Not that one would assis Ch4 in "strangling themselves " like this.

I may be being thick but what do you mean by my product?

I have many products, 98% for them are produced for others and you wouldn't know they are from us.

I point that should't be lost is that the shoot that ch4 did with us, we requested by ch4 and were shoot for them for their program. I don't as a general rule shoot Am-Porn, we do shoot porn in "real" locations. We don't as a rule shoot couples for models not in the industry ie we use proffessional models.

Don't you think that its interesting that the title of the ch4 prgram was Am-Porn, when we for example used only pro models & equipment etc. Same as my co producer, with the exception that she uses am males.

What part of this was really that am?

Also if you take a look at the models in the DVD Real Girl friends you will see that again the girls are all proffessional models within the industry, granted they were at some point in a relationship with me but still models before ANY part of the DVD was shoot. Some clips are over 6 years old.

1st ever post on here but here's my 2penny's worth.......

?50 travel expenses out ot ?70 total isn't bad. Most girls in the bussiness would agree to this without any problems.

Some girls are kinda picky who they work with, and some it seems will work with anybody/thing.

Some girls are kinda picky about what they'll do on camera, some it seems don't care.

This 'James' guy sounds like an ass, but seriously......... I can't believe the girls lower themselves this much. They must really want the money.

It saddens me when I see pornstars the other side of the pond that get the red carpet treatment at parties. They get invited to 'Usher' & '50Cent' gigs free of charge and get treated like mainstream stars. They get double the wages and no haggling shit.

I mean......... Am I the only one who 'gets it?' I'm guessing that Natalie knew who she was working for/with, knew she'd be 'on set' all day, knew what her pay/travel expenses were, and knew ch4 were gonna be there. I'm guessing James knew he was gonna come accross as a horrible twat and was gonna be ridiculed as well. They all got paid for their 'acts' so they don't care. They got everyone talking about them & ch4 got the 'outrage' factor so everyones happy.

Kind of got to agree with Sam on this, obviously Natalie Heck would be paid over and above her "fee" for doing this shoot and then appearing in the Channel 4 documentary (certainly don't think she did it just for the exposure). I also thought that the final scene with Natalie "breaking down" in the taxi was staged as well.
The Family Business programme is not a factual Porn Programme either as everything that appears in this Seymore Butts docu is written into a script to make it look like it just happens that way ... if some of you guys don't see that then best take a reality check methinks.
Most documentaries I would hazard a guess that the subjects are "briefed" on what to do and say at various stages to make it seem a bit more entertaining and thought provoking.

For my sins I work on a lot of TV docs. Nothing is really staged but most participants are savvy enough to know what is good for them.

James is right to say that rules were broken when he was paid tp appear, you are not supposed to pay participantys in 'factual' programming. You can, however, pay expenses which I believe can also include a location fee.

As a mater of fact these "films" have model releases and were done under supervision of a third party. I understand yours and anyones concern where such activities are undertaken, if one was to look at the complete film/clip you would see that it is definatly not as dipicted in the Ch4 film.

Also Ch4 were advised at the time that this clip was not to be filmed as when it was apparent there were advised that it was not to be used in any format. Clearly they did this, and we are taking legal action against ch4 for this, and would support Antonia in everyway should she wish to take action against ch4.

It was pretty obvious that you would have known you were being filmed when you were enjoying showing that clip. Once you invite the cameras in you have to be aware that everything you do is open to being shot and broadcast. I did not see you protest when you were showing the 'breath play'clip so you can't be surprosed when it ended up in the programme.

You seemed to think it was very funny, you can't really cheat that.

I thought the doc was Ok, yes it was not that representative but that is TV.

If anyone ever wants to do a pro bias doc I would always be keen to start the ball rolling.
