What happens to the copyright payments on events like this and the Diana Mediocrity Memorial concert last week? Presumably the royalties on a song getting a global broadcast exposure are quite high.

Not that we in the West are perfect but, China has a well earned reputation for creating laws that make them look responsible, then ignoring those laws when its suits them. They will quite comfortably tell you there is no AIDS in China - that is a dirty western disease - and then admit to it when they can no longer hide the obvious. Dont expect they'll be any better with their envoronmental policy.
