If it were an issue Trumpton the Mods would have stepped in as they have regularly done in years gone by.As they have often reminded us forumites..."This is THEIR dictatorship"

I very much doubt any lurkers or newbies are shaking in their shoes as they post a topic on this forum

Given as few as 60 people per day visit the o/t forum 2 dozen sounds like a huge number

...also any of the South American juntas; all slightly to the right of Adolf
[and indeed often run by erstwhile henchmen of that same individual],
and hardly exemplars of democratic free speech.

For my money the bully-boys on this forum are the ranters who launch posts that read like Daily Mail editorials.

Perhaps by this thread; but overall such bullying as there is here seems
to me to politically catholic.

It's interesting that when I've posted subjects which are couched as questions some significant forumites jump all over it and start reeling off accusations!

With my thread about poverty I stated that there was sufficient welfare provision for those in pecuniary need. However the self-appointed moral guardians chose to ignore that point. I never got a chance to put my next point concerning the perceived difference between the poor and poverty because I had to defend myself against the charge of being a fascist!
