Your right, backing up 200Gb would be epic, but no, I lost a 200Gb drive, bout 40Gb of data

I'm no techy so 40gb still sounds huge but then again I've only got a 40gb HD so it would ;-)

Yeah, it is alot of data, but at least most of it was music I bought from a few sites, that gave me unlimited backups (repeated downloads) while I stay with them for a small monthly fee. Lost alot of my database work from the past few yrs, but that's easy enough to redo.

Luckily I have my important documents & critical data on a diff drive. I now have approx 460Gb of HD Space, across 3 HDD's at the moment.

As they say,material on hard drives are never irretrievable
just a pain in the ass to retrieve

Its always amused me that commercial players like banks print everything
out on paper as a final backup,which says an awful lot about ownly storing data on a HD,whatever the size

So much for the paperless future ;-)
