No one's accusing you of racism, colonel. We just find it funny how you can lay into Wazza so vehemently, and whenever the opportunity arises, yet let the bigoted comments slide (this isn't just you, I'm just using you as an example).

To give you a perfect example: Only a few days ago I was in a tedious debate with Alice re. what it is to be gay. I'll not bore you with the details but let's say that Alice has no grasp of reality??the thread went on a while.
In that thread, out of the blue he said 'Arabs shaft their camels.' It had nothing to do with what we were talking about! But he's only just started; he then implied that the Jews were weak and wrong for going to the gas chambers, and not going down fighting in a hail of bullets (maybe he's sad the old film reels don't contain massacres with lots of blood and bits of skull flying everywhere?); to finish off, out of nowhere, and that had nothing to do with the debate, he said all 'Arab women are ugly, like camels,' and, 'most of us are glad they're covered up.'

Now here's where the point of all this ties in with what me & Carac may be getting at: Do you know what complaints, from 2 respected, decent, forumites there were? Go on, have a guess..... Pedantry. That disappointed me because the people who complained of pedantry are forumites who're decent blokes from what I can gather. If the decent care more about threads being boring or pedantic, over complete racism, then why aren't the Sams, Caracs, Jacques and Wazzas allowed to point it out?

Wazza was no bully. Arrogant? maybe, pedantic? yes, but he bullied no one. He got kicked out for constant re-posting and going to far in accusing Mike Freeman of.......well....you know.

And while we're on the subject of Wazza: xxxxxx.com is NOT Wazza's forum. He's merely a moderator (1 of 4), where most decisions are decided by committee.

Finally, do you like my new sig? I thought it quite apt, and describes how I feel perfectly.

Oh come now Sam, it probably does Colonel's tits in how you seemed to worship everything that Weezer did and said. Which usually meant giving him any backing/attacks (you thought he needed) in arguments where he was so obviously losing, so please don't come on here claiming forumites turned "a death ear" to fucking anything .... pllllleeeeeaaassseee!!

And that follows for the majority of "The Huffers" I am afraid to say, worshippers of Weezer and NEVER brought him to task over any of his very personal attacks on certain posters ... I really do sometimes wonder if you guys think you are "The Good Guys" and everybody who doesn't toe the party line is bedecked in black.

I think if Lizard was to take a look at how Magoo was ACTUALLY escorted from the building some of these guys would be very close to the core of the story.

The other targets do exist, Caradog. But they hang themselves on their racism and mysogyny- have they ever looked through the looking glass, do you reckon? They need no help from you or I- our intervention may make them attract a sympathy vote.

On a related topic re. the ned. I read in another place that the ned has had his dander put up by my posts about his intentions and behaviour. I am happy to agree entirely that he did not found the other place- that would indeed have been beyond his schoolyard capabilities. But Jacques, mate- I am disappointed in you. Truly and deeply disappointed. Don't encourage them, mate.

Me and Wazza disagreed on many things (the archive ARE there if you think I'm lying) and if I entered a debate that Wazza was involved with then it was to add my own thoughts, not merely to back up Wazza. I'd never back anyone up on something I thought wrong.

Oh....and magoo's doing just fine on Huffers. All differences are put aside and he's more worried about the local seagulls than me or Wazza.

I miss magoo. I seem to recall that he did rather encourage his exclusion from here- but I miss and liked his prose.

Now in nedland, his might and wit may well run out as he loses the will to carry on. We shall wait and we shall see.

I started this thread because I miss my old mate Maggs, I have no Idea why he was banned, but I suspect he may have been provoked and said some stuff he regretted, I am sure he would like to be back posting on here, but thats not my decision. But lets be honest here, the Scottish teacher who used to post on here caused fucking havoc, and I would NEVER Join any fucking forum where he plies his Illogical boring waffle. I am also surprised at Jaques giving him a platform, however thats up to him, what I would say though after having read the job description on Jaques site is that if your all so disgruntled with the rest of us on here and feel we are not up to your heady intellectual standards, why bother posting? " you must be approved by all five moderators" do me a cunting favour.
