Unfortunately for you, I have a law degree. Manslaughter is an act or omission which is both unlawful and dangerous and results in someone's death. It is not an acccident.

What you seem incapable of grasping is that unless there was some evidence in the first place that person wouldn't be in the witness box at all.

Still waiting for your explanation of where the body was stashed and also your explanation of why they decided to move the body a month later.

If you ran somebody over in your car and killed them, you would be charged with causing death by dangerous driving, not manslaughter.
