Apparently 1 in 5 Americans think Elvis is still alive. That is a contingent of people that exceeds the entire populations of a number of European countries combined. Somehow though I doubt the people running the country would regard those people as ones who should be listened to.
Very useful statistic

Thanks for a very useful statistic. This is exactly what is required on this thread.
I think this Elvis impersonation lark needs nipping in the bud before it gets out of hand.
I would suggest a fine for anyone who isnt Elvis, dressed as Elvis. An additional fine to be charge for anyone found curling their lip and saying
"Uh huh!".

Normally I'd defend people rights to wear what they want. In this case I have to say because of the security risk then veils, burkhas or other ceremonial or religious codes of dress should not be worn in public places for the security risks it poses and have to agree with Porn Historian if they dont like it then they dont have to live here.

On another note, I have seen women wearing burkhas showing their faces so this is ok.
In fact the people I have met wearing burkhas were pleasant enough to me and didnt give me the derisive look of "infidel" at all.
My agreement on this only stands if you cant see their face. The total covering of a body could be exploited as a security risk but then we might have to ban baggy jeans to and qwhere would my homies be if that happened. There would be a lot of blokes out their with chafed testicles thats for sure.
