"You may get Blair, you may get Brown. You may get a referendum on the Euro you may not get a referendum on the Euro.......just to ram home those facts."
And those differences between Blair and Brown are in any way as wide as that between the Lib Dems and Tory manifestos?
Perhaps you can respond to the message with the subject Just to remind you?
And it will be just damn unfortunate for those Labour supporters who voted tactically for the Lib Dems and their "radical agenda" in order to keep out Cameron and the Tories.
Well, I'm glad you've admitted not all Lib Dem voters are naive and caught up in 'Cleggmania'. In retort to your earlier arrogance about the naivety of nearly 1 in 4 of the country, if Clegg hops in bed with Cameron then the most naive voters of the lot WERE the Labour supporters voting tactically. No? Don't blame me for saying that....just following your presumptions and logic to their conclusions.
So when your granny finds her home care costs have tripled as the costs of care in the Tory run Hammersmith council have rocketed (can you remember that thread you started off, by the way) you can give her the line of definite positives exceeding suspected negatives.
Yes, I can. She might not agree with me, naturally. And it would be horrid to be part of any government, or council (remember Tory councils can still bring about your 'scenario' during a Labour government, and they have) where this is the norm. I still think that a fairer voting system for generations to come is more important than the current generation of pensioners being a little more out of pocket. Harsh on my gran, I know, but there you go. Many people have died for less. If 1+1=2 then all else follows. Likewise, a fairer society stems from a fairer democratic process.

I bashed Clegg from pillar to post because I think a lot of people are very naive about Clegg himself and the Lib Dems.

Can you tell me how "a lot of" equates to "all" as in the naivety of nearly 1 in 4 of the country?

I never said you said 'all'. I just said I was glad you admitted it wasn't all. I was relieved you were giving some Lib Dem voters a little credit. You didn't, after all, deny your thoughts on Lib Dem voters were a tad arrogant.
