Sorry dude but I sleep like I think, like a LOG?

I'll upset you again and thankyou for giving me the oxygen I require to keep comming back and replying to this thread though I have now noted that you have changed your views from your initial posting?

Perhaps you have watched the news and seen what is going on?

Again Jayr, I thankyou

Trying to confuse me by asking if I've changed my view will not work. I really think you should read peoples postings before trying to come back at them with what you think is a witty retort. As they say sarcasm is the lowest form of wit and you my friend appear to possess neither. But thanks for trying never the less.

Why Jayr thankyou, you are clearly now starting to chill out and understand the larger picture and having read some of your previous postings to other authors I fully understand your need to save face.

Well Done

DG

By they way is Jayr a play on the word J Arthur?

Given what armed cops are like in Brazil, you can perhaps understand his reluctance to stop.

The Met's commissioner has warned that this is unlikely to be the last incident of its kind. The police are in a no-win situation: damned if they do, damned if they don't.

The guy probably ran because he thought he was being mugged.

They weren't in uniform and his English was probably poor.

I'm confused. I thought nicks on here had to be unique. But there seem to be 2 Steve Rs, judging from conflicting views.

Not at all.

Earlier I pointed out that I, for one, would be keen to comply.

I understand English.

Nope still don't get your selective reading. I haven't changed my views at all - the media is still over-reacting to this whole mess, hyping it up as best they can because in this day and age they are no longer in control of the news. With the internet and now mobile phones the news can be told by any John (or Joanne) on the street so the media need to "big it up" so they can sell their wares and you my friend are one of those people that seem to believe the hype.

Besides I'm always chilled out (got the medication to prove it!) - I wasn't the one who started the name calling as clearly shown by the PS at the bottom of your post, tut tut tut, but then again it is the school holidays so maybe Mummy has let you stay up a bit later so you can call all us bigger boys nasty names?
