It's sad to hear these witch hunts caused through shirr ignorance. Yes, it should be jail for fully abled people, but what about people with disabilities like epileptics who can't claim DLA? Should an epileptic who's barred from large amounts of careers be jailed for taking a job on the side in order to top up the crap income support that they're entitled to?

Cheating is cheating Mojo
Sure the Judge/Magistrate will take specific circumstances into consideration when passing sentence but to pass legislation that would favor being lenient on those with disabilities would be foolhardy
For mine the argument about decent financial support for people with REAL disabilities is a seperate topic
I say this as someone who has worked with 3 epiletics
They have their off days like any other sick worker

Hmmm
There was always a couple of kids at every school who had the uncanny ability to stir up trouble on a regular basis, yet remained teachers pet with the teachers mistakenly believing they were whiter than white....

Hardly a good comparison Retrodon given that The Mods see every Post
As someone who used this forum when it was just one forum all I can say is the Mods are indeed extremely lenient and make no mistake they don't play favourites
They've banned 2 forumites that seriously got what they deserved but culd quite easily have banned the off topic team93 of us) that was out of control
on BGAFD but chose not to
I site probably the best contributor to the forum over the last 3/4 years JJ
With him around very few questions ever went unanswered
Even with all this good will built up he still eventually got deleted for contravening the FAQs
cheers

Yeah, but are employers in this country understanding when people with epilepsy take time off because of their disability? I know for one that the after effects of a fit/blackout can last for days, not just for the time the person is unconscious. So would an employer allow his emplyee be off sick every five minutes? I think not. He/she would show them their P-45's.
And what's this about "REAL" disabilities? Have you ever suffered from a fit/blackout? A person in a wheelchair just loses the use of their legs (they can still do certain jobs) and they can claim DLA, but an epileptic loses all control of EVERYTHING. I'd call that a "REAL" disability myself.

Yes but Leonard Cohen really is shit, and I'm sure most people will actually agree with that

And no I don't own a Hendrix CD, well maybe a best of, so not a huge fan, but the boy could play guitar no doubt about that, ok I'll agree with adding fuel to the fire, it achieves nothing. point taken Deuce.
