You try conversing with some1 at a party in wales, you need to talk fast, & loud, just to be heard & keep up with the conversations. Last time I was at a party in wales, there was over 20 diff conversations going at the same time, & every1 was trying to be the loudest at the time, to be able to get their point across, as well as for those listening, to be able to hear them, LOL.

Most of the people in wales don't talk slow, if you can't keep up with the fast-paced conversations, you get left out. Hell, most of the time it's not just topical conversations that are fast paced, even just general chit-chat/talking are fast. You learn to talk fast as a young child.

But, if your going down on pussy with a fast moving tongue, why would you want to talk at the same time?
