Yeah. I think he thinks that if you're a criminal of any kind I guess then you deserve to get beat by cops no less. The police are not the judge and jury and most people know that it's a felony to strike a policeman (here in the states).

You're missing a big point here.

No one deserves a beating off the cops for a few minor offenses, but did all those people who got killed/beat deserve what they got also? Or those people who spent maybe 20 years building their small business, just to feed their family; did they deserve their businesses burnt to the ground?

It's not excusing the cops, or racism, but people need to step back and accept that there's wrong on both sides.

Sam be for real here! Anybody and everybody knew that there was wrong on both sides. One thing happened, then another, then another. Like I said before, the frustration was building and that riot at that time was bound to happen because people just got tired of the bulls#*t. It's really a wonder nobody had the nerve to shoot back at the police then it would REALLY been a war.

Don't mention the Italian police.
