God Almighty, as it seems to be the norm for runners and general help to masterbate into the actors' tea and coffee, it explains why it always seems to take ages to get a cuppa when I'm on set and as for that whiffy chocolate eclair I was offered the other day by my helper, whilst emerging from the bathroom with a smirk on his face....................!confused!

Thats true Reg. People should treat others in a cordial and polite way at all times anyway.
If I was in that position I wouldnt last long if I was being treated like that.
Spitting in a mans coffee or whatever is cowardly. if you feel strong about it put the fucker down right where he stands and if you get fired go tell him to fuck himself.
You'll feela lot better about it. Sure you'd be out of a job but you can always find gainful employment in porn. !laugh! We forgive everybody and row all the time.
Wear your heart on your sleeve and you'll be all the more happier for it. Spitting in coffee is a pussy way to deal with the situation as it is a small victory and even if you tell someone they wouldnt necessarily beleive you.
MAKE BIG NOISE. Get in the papers with headlines like: RUNNER TELLS CHRIS EVANS TO GO FUCK HIMSELF!
The revelation of spitting in a guys coffee cos he was rude to you being shared on the BGAFD just makes you (or rather "them") look small and petty.
