As for a British man being executed, well, I am English. My good friend is Scottish and another good friend is an Ulsterman. Collectively we are British.
The fucking drug smuggler aint.
So is it a white thing now?
What happened to whether the guy is innocent then? It matters not where he is from. He is human and therefore has rights which were obviously denied him by the looks of things.

What I never understand with these cases is why do they always keep catching the small fry/drug mules instead of letting them through and following them to the next chain up the rung
Its like when your weeding you know if you dont get all the root out it will simply come back again and again and again
Plenty of desperate people in the world to fill the last one killed/jailed
The war on drugs does seem self defeating

It is self defeating Deuce and the war on drugs is bullshit like the war on terror is . its all spin to make it sound like something is being done about it but in truth its self serving and justifies more money on resources on breaching citizens personal privacy.
Where would our law and legal system be if it were not for the cases clogging up its system
Ultimately its all about money and not not much is about whether someone is guilty or not. A tad cynical yes but Im convinced of this much

Reading about him in the papers today, seems he was both a sex pest and a fantasist. Sadly deluded individual who was obviously exploited for his weaknesses by Drug Barons.

I may detest Islamic fundamentalists who want to kill me and other non Islamic fundamentalists but the fact is, that the bastards are not caucasian.
I have no colour predjudice whatsoever and I resent being called a racist for my views on IFs. One of my best friends in the Army was a Fijian who was the blackest of black that you could imagine a human to be. A wonderful chap and as with all of his fellow Islanders a credit to the British Army. As with the Ghurkas, I was, and still am glad, that they are on our side.

Yes you are right there. There is nothing I can do about it. Thing is I cant share the same sentiment if the bloke was set up without knowing it. Thats tantamount to sending an innocent man to his death and until I know for sure there is not much I can say but people are duped everyday and no doubt China will be sending many more to their deaths with their hard line stance on drug smugglers.
This bloke only made the news because he is british. Many others dont get a mention.
