Best tits are big and not implanted.
However as the saying goes in time they go south.
Mine were so I had them uplifted.
Now I am having them tidied up a bit.

personally i can't stand them, and we try to avoid booking false boob models now, especially for new girls. its a pity as we have turned down some stunning looking girls but their boobs just look so "fake"

Depends on the shoot for me. Generally I don't go for fake tits for my website but in normal life I think they can help a girl feel more comfortable with her body especially if they are size A or B cup in the first place.
