You LUCKY LUCKY LUCKY LUCKY Bastard
The only spike Miligan humor I've ever been heard was the Goon Show(radio & tapes)
besides his epic war books how he helped Monty and defeated Hitler(only had one ball apparently-poor bugger)
What a line up Spike,Harry Secombe & Peter Sellars(Inspector Clousseau)
cheers

Not that I recollect
More of a Pink Panther fan than a goons fan given that I was born in1966
I found Peter Sellars to be a particularly interesting character in that he always wanted to be considered anything but a comedian and almost made it
The irony being that his comedy is revered-Inspector Clouseau
Peter Sella/ers was a great actor/comedian that will never be seen again
because of economic stupidity

One of the best bits was when Clouseau checked into a hotel & there was a dog on the desk. He asked the guy manning the desk if his dog bite's. The man said no, so Clouseau stokes it. The dog bites him & Clouseau say's "I thought you said your dog did not bite". The guy replied "It's not my dog".
A joke told pure & simple.
