i think we are straying off the real issue - which is the removal of images at a models request.
i think egafd/bgafd are saying they do this to avoid legal action or to be nice to the model - to be honest i'm a bit confused which?
clearly legal action by the model has no foundation in law (unless they have gone to the trouble of officially protecting their image). the model has no power over their image once it has been used in a movie or magazine - the copyright owner only has the right to object.
a good copyright lawyer would repeat this advice in writing for no more than a few quid which could then be used to tell the objectors where to go.
also the site could also fend off these approaches by the models by simply putting a prominent disclaimer in regards to 'fair use' of copyright content on the site.
i don't think anything i've said will change site policy but is their any chance of a 'heads up' when a models image is to be removed (say a couple of weeks notice) so we have plenty of time to save the id picture to our own files for further reference?

I suggest asking by e-mail.
I think I've now said my last word in this thread.

You haven't said anything yet about candela's RBR proposal (Jan 19), which was seconded by me and skatchko.

Re: More actresses dissapearing from EGAFD
Together with well known names, such as miss V. or miss G., I have now seen another actress disappear, this time from the unknowns list.
She is a cute blonde who did a movie (and several pictorials) with Herr H.W.
Has she requested to be removed from egafd?

One reason XNKs seem to disappear is that they've been 'promoted' by finally
being given a name.
Which one was it?
being given a name.
Which one was it?

I don't think this is the case. I can no longer find her here, so I think she went from unknown to deleted entry.
I hope it is OK to say she was the main actres in
Die "S?ssen" mit den kleien Muschis.

From that page I'm completely unable to guess who the 'main actress' is.
I think you're being needlessly cryptic. Please be less ambiguous- if we are about
to 'tread on anyone's toes' I'm sure the mods will step in.
