Made an order with them about three/four weeks ago but no arrival of the videos.
Was having problems with my credit card a few weeks back but that's now sorted and I emailed them about a week and a half ago telling them that was the case and it was now OK to send. Have heard nothing from them. Not sure whether the money's been taken off my credit card or not.
Anyone else had probs with this site? Should I re-order?
