Firstly thank you for giving us feedback, our viewer's opinions are very important to us and the best way to find out what people think of our channels. Everyone else please please please tell us your views at any opportunity, we will always listen.

Secondly to answer your question; no we don't currently give the cast list for every programme but i can see why this is important to you.
A "word" will be had on Monday morning and i'll get back to you with the answer then, but i can't see too many problems in meeting your request.

As regards the "competition"; we believe that Spice Platinum is the best XXX channel in Europe. With the mixture of XXX versions of Playboy and Adult Channel programmes plus exclusive European and US films and programmes running 24 hours a day. However we're not complacent and if you have any suggestions then we're willing to listen.

If i was a subscriber then I would be slightly concerned about how long some of these new channels are going to be around for and how much quality new programming they will provide.

Sorry about not coming back to you earlier but i've had the "word" with programming and the news is positive.

We will be able to provide cast lists for all new programmes from November's schedule onwards, i'm sorry it can't be done sooner but unfortunately time constraints don't allow it.

However if you do have a specific request for information please drop an email to spice@thefrontdoor.nl and it will be actioned.

As regards Ben Dover, we will making contact at some point this week and asking the questions.

Nice idea - when we did SXTV on the adult channel the hard version was streamed online. I guess it would be relatively simple to switch the feed and get the hard version onto SP instead.

We'll look into it.
