Nope, I have read it and scrolled down and pressed the "I agree" button (you've repeated the message three times) and it still flashes up a error box saying you haven't read it.

Works for me, got to the dialer download page but decided against it as I've got an unmetered broadband connection.

When in the UK , its ripe off time. Yet another dialler to download, must think were're desperate at ?1.50 per minute. dream on!! most of my colleagues certainly will not be downloading yet another dialler.
