Looking for certain girls...

Out of sheer boredom I've designed a quick site that has a few picture of certian British girls I'm looking for. Hopefully somebody out there can help me out...

Hi Phil...yeah nicely put together montage.

One minor point I am a little concerened that the pics you
are using might be copyrighted to Only-Tease & Simonscans.

Sorry to be a stick in the mud, but I have spent all week chasing up
on un-authorised usage of some of my pics by some of the industries top
Agencies (who should know better).

If you have authorisation to use those pics I do apologies, but I would
hate to see somebody fall foul off copyright laws merely through nievity.

You obviously have great web designing skills.

Hi Phil,

I don't have a problem of you using the couple of images of Trinity and Louise, as you are not trying to make money with our images. All I would ask is that you correct your link to onlytease.com as you have three /// in the address, and not two, so at least if the link works it may give me more traffic.

But I totally agree with CC about the use of copyrighted images being a big problem, as I am now being told almost every other day of some site or other using our images on their paysites!!

I'd view Phil's site as publicity for simonscans et al and therefore to be welcomed. In the same way that the BBC shows a review clip of Terminator 3 to encourage cinema attendance.

Obviously large-scale content stealing is a different matter but limited reproduction with a clear acknowledgement can only be a benefit surely?

I am pleased as punch that Paul @ Onlytease is happy for you to use his pics.
Good on him, he seems a decent guy and is quite right that as you have acknowledged his site and offered a link there is no problem if he is happy with that.

What really gets my goat is when some 3rd party site nicks your pics, crops off your copyright and bugger me side ways if they dont then add their own logos to the images.

Any suggestions or links to a decent Watermarking Programme ????
Digimarc that comes as a Photoshop 7 package, is great but in reality if you have several thousand photos, its unrealistic economically.

Not sure exactly how you go about it, but if you use a dig camera for your photography you can get it modified to add a watermark when you shoot - I think they modify the CCD or something. Sorry I don't have any more info, but I have heard of this being done from a reliable source. Might be worth a chat to the manufacturer of your camera.

I'm actually a subscriber to Only Tease. Pretty nifty site. And thanks to the guy who hipped me to the Trinity site (heh.. I'm out some money now..grrrr!)
