i heard about it on 5 live seemingly when caught they say they are walking the dog

Have seen a PussyStalker video on the topic,some dude wandering about filming people in there cars and joining in....his web site is www.pussystalker.com,his list of "best doggin places" includeds quite a few near my town of Bedford.....
