To Models/producers/photographers,

Are you looking for a house location for your shoots.

between the dates 14th September 2003(Sunday) to 25th September 2003(Thursday) i am hiring out my house to people who are after new locations for there shoots in the West Midlands.(sorry but those the dates i am hiring out only and legite people will get area and full address where i live)
whether you need it for artistic nude work to soft modelling to Solo To contintental to G/G to B/G.

My rates are 1-4 hours of hire ?25
over 4 hours ?50

There are refreshments cater for/and models are welcome to use shower facilties.

Please do NOT ask if you want to use garden(Too much building material and loose nails about as i having that sorted,)

I am only hiring out Lounge/Dining Room(Brand new and furnished) and if needed Kitchen(this has wooden floor).I do have a few sample pictures if needed of the rooms.

Also the house is a non smokers house(If you are a smoker i prefer people to smoke in Kitchen).

Last but not least,some of you know i am a adult model myself(In the B/G industry) but i am only hiring house out for location purposes(Please do NOT ask me to get involved,as there are a few reasons for this,1/i will not have the correct paperwork for hard core shoots,awaiting to get new test done which is not till mid September now,so if you using house best to get a another male model in.2/besides i way to busy anyway as i to far behind trying to get my own mail order business back on track.

I will be at house but not interfere the shoot(Besides i seen enough big dicks and females parts to know what there look like) as i mostly be upstairs sorting my own winter catalogues out and other means of business.

I possibly one of the cheapest about for hiring my house out for location.(Its just a question how many will take up the offer,though its not everyones cup of tea travelling that far)i have already asked a few known associates of mine(E.G certain people who deal with TVX but there said it was to far for them to travel from London to Midlands just to shoot stuff)But saying one of my business partners want to shoot stuff at mine though he hasn't confirmed dates yet.
Maybe i put advert to early,but like i said it is open to producers/photographers/models(In the original post i showed rates,those are one off charges per day,which of course you might get more value for money shooting more than 8 hours,but of course no everyone wants to shoot that long anyway).

No Mate,you not trending on my toes,You may get more interest from people who close to you where your based,(Like you said London etc,as most people don't want to travel to far to shoot content)(Funny enough i done this before and most of the people tend to enquire from Manchester and surrond areas as well as midlands people but offer is open to anyone in Uk).

Just to let you GUYS know which dates are now available to Models/Producers/Photographers to shoot there content and products etc.
These are the only dates now which are available:

15th/16th/17th/18th/19/20/21/23/24/25 september 2003:

Please do NOT ask for dates 14th and 22nd September (These are now booked by people).

quite amazed how many people have took this offer(But this always happens people booking a date and never bother showing up despite me giving out my address and not letting me know,though i do get the odd one who legite).

The Following Dates are NOT available are 14th/15th/22nd September 2003 due to booked clients.

16th/17/18/19/20/21/23/24/25th September are still available to models/photographers/producers to shoot there products.
