Perhaps its a deleted scene and may be they never wanted to use it for some silly reason? If released on DVD it could end up in the extras feature?
Could only hope! would be great If they put this one out in the UK on R18.

The US DVD only has trailers etc, no bonus scene, I think Harmonyxxx.com, hold the UK rights to this series? I know# 47 was released by em anyway
