Don't forget lots of people still do not have broadband yet, and I personally think it will be a few years before it can be classed as "standard" and we can forget about the slower users.
I recently run a poll on my site to try and clarify what connections people are using and got the following:
ADSL or cable 50.9%
56K modem 27.2%
64K ISDN 11.8%
128K ISDN 4.5%
T1 4.5%
Don't know 3.8%
So the penetration of broadband is not as great as you may think, so I certainly think at present there is still a big need for picture sites.
That's just my thoughts for what they are worth!!
Cheers
