Can anyone tell me what the legal stand point is regarding selling Hard core vids via the net. Bem has told me its illegal, but there are no shortage of suppliers willing to sell me trade gear. There are 1000's of sites selling the stuff so what gives?

point of supply (licensed sex shop or outside UK delivery)
BBFC adherence (porn would be passed by BBFC?)
