all the adele stephens(EXCEPT hcbritgirls one) and hannahcallow groups have been deleted.

Yahoo! have a nasty habit of deleting groups when your least expecting it. The result is the loss of the group and the material on there, together with your list of members and means of communicating with them. All that hard work and time.
This has happened to me several times and I now know why there is an exclamation mark in the name.
If anyone knows of a better way I would be glad to hear.

start a number 2 group (hcwhatever2 etc) people will probably search
for the name again... have had a few of mine (all soft stuff) closed, with no notice or reason.....

Any ideas on partial failings of a group. One of my groups had a database full of useful info which members had added to over a period of time, another had a full gallery of photos. Both reported errors and were lost forever with the relevant section being unusable, but the group still existing.

I didn't like to ask Yahoo! given their attitude to adult groups.
