In my own personal experiences, I have found that the agencies are terrible. I have contacted about 4 of the bigger agencies, 3 didn't reply at all, and the one that did reply (eventually after about 3 emails) said they would contact the girls I was interested in booking and I have never heard back from them since.

Best way I have found is contact the girls direct, then as you book more girls you will find that the girls themselves recommend you and will happily pass on their contacts etc.

This is just my opinion, I am sure there are others that have success via the agencies, but for me I have found them a waste of time.

My on line models listing has a form to book models. As it's for Glamour/Adult work, I ask the potential clients for their full details and samples of their work to prove they're legitimate to be filled in on the form. The number who ignore these basic terms is amazing.. I reply telling them that no enquiries will be forwarded without their details, as they get forwarded to the model concerned, who if they're interested will get back to them.. I also have to get back to some guys who ask the models to work beyond their stated limits.. Unfortunately too many think that they can get a cheap f**k by hiring a glamour model for a supposed shoot rather than hire an escort !!

So to anyone who contacts a model directly.. Think hard about how you word your emails

As for agencies.. I've used Walpole mainly in the past quite happily and Michelle at Magik Models has the odd one or two girls who might be suitable...

try the model directory at you can contact the girls directly and its a free service.

The problem with a lot of the modelling web sites is the info is way out of date with models listed who have long since packed up, old photos, incorrect limits etc. Plus a number of the girls can't be arsed to reply to a sensible offer of work, even to say "f**k off". Agents should on the other hand be more in the know.

Be-Seen-Here is no different from using an agency if you look at the models emails you will see many of them go direct to one agency or another half the model contact is not direct.

virtualvideogirls wants 20 quid to join before you can get to contact the models so that is no good.

themodelsclub.co.uk seems ok but you contact models by some form so you never really know whats going on.

modelheaven.com is the only site that give you direct contact does not charge and does not allow agencys to use it there is no question it is the best one around.

Why would someone post anon unless they didn't want to be known for spamming their own site which the last above named model sites webmaster is well known for, on most model forums

Whether a link goes to a models agency or herself makes no difference.. The model still gets the enquiry if it's genuine. Model sites that moderate supposed photographer contact with the models, are to my mind, more serious than those that don't.. By doing this some form of protection from nutters etc. is being offered as this is the adult business !

A question was asked about what agencies to contact.. That is the advise we all gave except for you who pushed Model Heaven whilst putting the others down Only someone who is interested in promoting their own site would do that.. And that's why I offered the link in my last post to Inspira's I only mention my own if someone queries ethnic models but most people know that this is my speciality anyway so I don't have to do that too often and I am also linked on BGAFD...

I pay ?20 for VVG and it's worth it.. I also visit Be-Seen-Here and The Models Club along with most model sites.. As I'm always looking for new faces I have to. The more sites Stonevid is offered the more choice for him..
