I see that some people have taken offensive to my remarks. Fair play. Today all I recieved was phone calls all day from producers and models saying "Thank god someone said it".

I do not think it is fair when Linda Leigh shoots that content and starts building her site up for someone to go and post it everywhere for free.

She has invested in the site and is trying to make a living. Why should Mr. Jones have the right to do that? You are breaking copyright laws plus the terms and conditions of membership.Just because he did not like it does not mean he has the right to destroy the site. She looks as though she will be building up the content with fresh exclusive shoots day by day. Good for her.

I feel sorry for Phil McCavity who after "Investing" in a web cam , flats, models the works gets run down because he charges..what a shame..He has to repay the bank some how.

I tell you what, I will set up a site with 100k of pictures 150k of video feeds on three dedicated servers and it will be free. I will inform my bank that I will be channeling $10k per month into the venture purely to satsify the Carlsberg Special Brew drinkers of the Internet.

People like me need to make a return on the investment or bollocks we are fucked. Who will pay my daughters school fees? who will pay my mortgage? who will put food on my table? If you can supply all these then yes I will build free sites all day.But do not sit there and criticise and damage people like me when you want this stuff.

You talk about how you respect the models, well respect Linda Leigh..she is trying to make a great product and site for you. Dam you have to pay..but why should she do it for nothing when she has to pay designers fees, photograpahers etc. Yes it is fun doing this, yes I love my job and would not swap it for anything else in the world.

Did you ever have anything to do with a site called "blatantly stolen" where all of the content was indeed stolen from other legitimate producer's sites? [If so] How much money did you make (steal) with this site? How many people like Linda Leigh did you exploit for your fun and games?

there was no offense caused by the point you were making, (why should there be) but the language you used was against the forum faq and you knew was when you made the post.

you can feel as strongly as you like about a subject, and express yourself as best you can to make your feelings known, but once threats of physical intimidation and verbal abuse become an accepted part of the scenery, you soon have a forum overrun by pathetic trolls who, unlike yourself, have no point to make at all!!

anyone who's been around on the net will know how easily things can descend into perpetual flame wars, brought about by the actions of a few thoughtless or mischevious individuals.

this forum has evolved so that it encompasses all aspects of the industry from producers like yourself, through to models, vendors and the average punter. most people seem to value that aspect of it and do not want to see the balance upset.

the ONLY censorship that happens is prompted by abuse or libel. if you want to avoid being deleted or edited simply abide by section 2.3 of the forum faq. if that isn't good enough, you can always start your own forum - that's what the net is about, after all!

The reason you say what you say is because you are an [edited to damp down potential flames], and just because you are right to say that copyright theft is wrong in no way excuses the manner in which you said it.
As others have pointed out, your own business practices [may not be] above reproach, so your [alleged] hypocrisy adds insult to injury.
