Assuming that what we're saying here is that Andrea Starr = Andrea Michalski - and the pictures imply that to be the case - when did she start in the glamour game. My records show her as being active in 1998, but does she go back to 1995?

In the US Gregory Dark uses the name Gregory Hippolyte for mainstream (softcore) films. The Animal Instincts series are some of his. The actresses that he uses in these films usually come from the 'Adult World' but tend to use different names. There are also usually some very small parts that don't tend to get listed/credited on sites such as IMDB.
In Animal Instincts 3 (1995) one of the bit players was named Andrea Starr. That is to say she's in the credits to the movie but not listed anywhere else.
