These are the owners of the name. In the first instance I would email each of the contacts on the domain and politely ask them to remove the pics, if that doesn't work you should be able to email the host company (http://www.techiemedia.net/) and tell them this domain is using stolen pics and if they are a reputable company they should take steps to either getting them removed or the domain closed until it is rectified.

This is a problem that arises all the time.

Send an e-mail to his sponsor webmaster@nylontv.com his affiliate number is scoin87, they should terminate his account without payment.
Send another to his freehost abuse@smutserver.com and inform them that he is using stolen content on his pages.
Tell them that if they don't take his pages down within 24 hours you will start proceedings against them for hosting stolen content.

Hi Paul,

Must have posted at the same time

nylontv is only the sponsor, them and techiemedia.net don't have anything to do with it. All they can do is terminate the affiliates account, as you or I would if it was one of our affiliates.

smutserver is the freehost the guy uses to host the content. Unless nylonTV give out his details Dean will just have to settle for having the pages taken down.
