anyone else had any experience with suburbansluts.com? simond is a regular contirbutor to the forum, and the site is very good (i joined 18 mnths ago) and i just joined again on monday via nochex.

of course i realise it is not instant and requires some manual intervention from mr webmaster, but i joined another site via nochex and was mailed a pass within 5 hours.
Their site says something like "up to 24 hours but usually a lot quicker". Not in this case!

i'm usually not a moaner (honestly) but I e-mailed with my complaint and have not had a response to that - I work in a service industry too, am i expecting too much?

Actually it's 2 diff Simon's I'm one of the photographers for the site and Simon is the webmaster/owner, confused? lol too many Simon's ;o)

I thought i'd chip in as I know Simon was away from Monday until either tonight or tomorrow, not sure if he left anyone in charge of the admin side but rest assured he will sort it pretty quick once he's back.

If you still havent heard anything by tomorrow let me know and I may be able to help out with a temp pass.

i just got a reply from webmaster Simon, who apologised for the delay - from his explanation it is fully understandable that i did not get notified earler. He also gave me an extra week's membership for the inconvenience.

Thanks to the 2 simon's and i'm now heading off 2 enjoy the site!
