webmaster needed!

i've been contacted by an established uk video producer who needs the assistance of a talented webmaster for a new online venture. i know this guy personally (and by reputation) and am happy to make this post on his behalf knowing, as i do, that he can deliver the goods (although, obviously, any business arrangement arrived at between the individuals concerned is nowt to do with either myself or bgafd).
ideally, the webmaster will already be running a successful members based site of their own and will be trustworthy and reliable, with no connection to any other uk video production companies. knowledge and experience of web design, e-commerce, members site administration, hosting, bandwidth, video streaming, linking, banners and general website management are also definite requirements.
in addition, the job description entails full responsiblity for promoting the site on search engines, top sites lists, message boards and thumbnail gallery posts, etc. 100% original content will be provided to the webmaster on a regular and frequent basis and the setting up and running costs of the site can either be shared or met solely by the producer, depending on the profit sharing agreement.
