are these supplers ok?

having been badly ripped off by 'club 800' [advertised in the sunday sport].
i am wary of using suppliers who don't have proper addresses or take credit cards.
anybody used 'jean mc cleary' [universal organisation] or EVH [ po. box. 8587, WC1N 3XX].
are they ok?
