we have tried to deal with the people behind this event and found them to be the biggest bunch of idiots ever, they are giving away awards but say they don't want to be invoved in the adult industry they don't want anyone to know about it and the awards go to their own cirlce of friends who have been voted for by their own cirle of friends. They are a bunch of hooha's who think sex is about money and status, when I asked which of the UK girls would be there the said non and they are not invited. They have spoke down their stuck up noses to us via e-mail and on the telephone. They organiser Tuppy is so far up her own ass she can't see daylight and has the organising skills of a plankton. She has made it plain this event is not for the public but wanted ?3000 to film it.
How dare they think they are they only ones who are allowed sex as they have money. I thought Porn went right accross the class system but it seems it does not.

Our initial contact with her was to help out as it is supposed to be for charity we offered our services for free and if she did not have a video deal would have done it for free in the name of her charity. She on her web-site asks for professional help sponsorship etc that was our initial offer.

if the sex maniacs event is such a crock, why don't you organise an annual event that DOES represent the porn industry and which DOES accurately portray it's increasing acceptance by joe and josephine average, as a part of mainstream culture?

and wouldn't it make some kind of sense if people like yourself, ben, remington, etc formed some sort of official body to represent the interests of the industry? it could be useful when lobbying the powers that be over issues such as mail order distribution, etc.

This sounds interesting, I know most of the producers are probably up for it now. The reason it has not happened before is because of the old illegal porn laws. How could you have a "union of bankrobbers" for example, likewise how could you sue someone who is pirating your illegal hard-core tapes....
