I suppose this is on the same theme as most of my other posts, namely the quality of britporn and it's future. I apologise if this question has been asked before, but I have done a quick search and can't see it.

Does anybody know which british porn film was the most expensive to produce? I think the most expensive adult flick generally was the Pyramid with Tanya Russof (and before that Hot Racquets ???).

I suspect that there will be no comparable info available to answer this question, another glaring difference between our industry and the industry in other countries.

Look forward to hearing which films look as though they cost a fortune anyway.

how much did 'The fashionistas' cost I wonder. Shot on 35mm with a 4 disc set(3 dvd 1cd) , I am still going through it.

I don't know about the most expensive but my Essex pub film with 2 girls/ 30 guys & a pub for ?200 was the cheapest & after 5yrs it still outselling the rest of my films 10-1,

I think the one Private did recently in Scotland was claimed to be the most expensive, the slipknot whatever, but that really is saying fuck all. I hate Private. They take the prettiest girls in the world and iron all the character out of them for their movies. Then they bang the drum about their fantastic new superproduction, the most expensive in the world, and you watch it and it's the dullest, safest, most staged crap you've ever seen in your life. And they win awards!! Not all glossy is quality (in fact, probably the minority of it is.)

The future of Britporn is a foregone conclusion -- the market will grow and prosper and exhibit the same spectrum of product that other countries do, as far as the law allows, and some of that product will be glossy and shiny and expensive -- and most of it won't.

Yeah, the Gazzman Scottish Loveknot rubbish has to take the biscuit. All other movies have no or very little budget because as with proper movies, proper investment in the huge array of specialist talent that exists in this country will probably never happen so you'll always end up with whatever can be shot as cheap as poss. No offence to Terry or Lindsey. Or any of the other producers.
I have very recently been asked to produce a budget for someone and they didn't want to afford it. Sums it all up really. They all want something of great Private proportions production wise for nothing.

Fantasy Football will be it once I get it out, Some of the girls will be collecting their pension soon who are in it, and I shot another scene for it last week,

Private dont count because they are Private,
And Videokim ?200 was me and Remmy's budget for a series,
