Venue needed in Colchester, Essex

Hi Guys
Were in need of an old house with gardens for a shoot, as its a bit complex so we'll need at least 2 weeks for the different scenes etc, if it could be in the Colchester, Essex area that would be ideal. Money is a bit tight at the moment so please no silly amounts.
We also need a regular flat/house to hold our monthly bukkakes which we should be starting in Jan 2004 so again if there's anyone out there who could help us out then please get in touch.
