As I said I would, I reserved comment on this until after I've been. Unfortunately the guy I was going to go with bottled out at the last minute, so I went on my own.
I didn't really get the impression that it was an upper class fetish party at all, though Tuppy did look very uncomfortable when I spoke with her. Didn't help that I was gothed out to the max though I spose.
Overall, I thought the ball was an excellent event. If apallingly organised. They say it's like a maze - I didn't think so, well, maybe a maze that's incredibly easy to get out of. Being on my own it took me a while to get into it. My worst complaint was outside of the organiser's control to a large extent, and it's the way a lot of mongy men oogled the girls and treated them as their playthings - all much fun when it's a mutual thing but a lot of tiems I saw it was not. Anyway.
Ben Dover appeared onstage with 'our' Rebekah Jordan, and even though he wasn't trying that hard, Ben made the other 'presenters' or 'hosts' look like amateurs. Which I guess they are really, so that wasn't so unfair.
Anyway, they both darted off quick smart after the erotic 'oscars' so I didn't get a chance to tell Mr Dover what a twat he is (as requested by the man himself) or say hello to the lovely Ms Jordan. Shame. Not to worry.
Rebekah's said she wants to enter the amateur stripper contest next year so that'll be a good reason to go.
