Martina Cosgrove had her name spelt Martina Cosgrave when she appeared in the Grapevine section of Playboy's October 2002 issue (USA/UK edition) and as Martina Warren for her October 2002 Penthouse America centrefold.

I also have a note on my database that in July 2000 she appeared in the TV Series 'Burnside' playing a schoolgirl who was murdered by a serial killer. I have no more info on this.
