Talkback are on the cutting edge of pushing the boundries as far as I'm concerned. They've produced stuff far worse then 'Jackass', and I think you'll find that blurring a strap on cock is due to Channel 4 or possibly MTV rather then them.

the point of that section was to say 'what is indecent?' the expert (former obscene squad officer I think) seemed to be all over the place, so a girls under 18 head on an older naked body was okay, but then if you did something else it became an 'indecent' image.
