yeh reply to e-mails would be a start. i sent countless e-mails regarding a wrong title that was sent and i hav'nt heard a thing which is kind of strange as it says on the invoice that e-mails are delt with quicker than any other contacts. and this was well before x-mas and it is not the first time this has happened. those in despatch want to learn to read and see the difference between dvd & vhs

always replies to every e mail it receives, however as I am sure you are aware not ever e mail sent reaches it final destination, through the mysteries of the web. So it is possible your original e mail never reached us or the return path is blocked to any and all replies.

Fulfilment is outsourced and naturally mistakes happen in your case your got a VHS instead of a DVD. Even if we are 99.99% accurate with everything we do, mistakes will happen, but all mistakes will be rectified.

There is and e mail address enquiries@blissbox.com , telephone number and postal address available. E mail enquiries and they will forward the other details to you if you want them. Contact them and any problem will be dealt with. If you do not hear from them within 24hr let me know and I will personally investigate.
