Who are the most reputable distributors from US/Europe (Jaded, Excalibur, DVD Marketplace etc etc) and what, if any, are the problems likely to be experienced?

Jaded/Excalibur can be a little 'unwilling' to replace items lost in transit- I've had better results from fivestar/adultdvdexplorer/adultdvdnow/
adultdvdtoday/lustique/gamelink, although theye're generally slightly dearer.
You can obviate the security problem by opting for FedEx or UPS, but you leave yourself open then to swingeing VAT surcharges.
Eueopean firms- cyberdvdx/dvdhard/dorcelshop/stbdvd (latter also do US stuff), and have a look at other suppliers listed on the egafd Links pages.

I cannot recommend enough.

Orgazmik are best at dealing with problems, though more expensive than the French suppliers mentioned.

.....and amazingly quick service from erotikexpress.com, also a bit on the pricy side (a case of getting what you pay for?), but I haven't yet had that much business with them.
