To answer your second question regarding the Tonisha Mills scene that will probably just be because I think they basically shot their own stuff and let?s just say they did not seem to have grasped the basics of things like lead up, tease, camera angles, dialogue etc, basically piss poor gonzo.

They seemed to be to interested in filming each other rather than the girls for my taste.
