Yes she is.
I had the pleasure of arranging a 2-girl shoot with her around 18 months ago. Based in Ipswich if I recall.
She previously had her own (very basic) modelling site -

Hasn anyone got the fresh face video featuring charlene/kaylie and if she's british, shouldn't she be added to the database?

Shouldn't there be an a.k.a Charlene added to the site, since she's known by this name as well. And anyone seen the dodger video? Any vidcaps?
