Hi all,
Does anyone know what the laws and regs are for the porn industry in the uk? Is it legal to start up a company, shoot harcore and sell your product to the public? Sorry if the question sounds dumb, but I'm new to the country. Thanks

The way things are in this country Peter you would be better off to shoot some films first before starting a company, as for selling its illegal to send hardcore through the post from a British address but you could set up a web-site with servers not based in the UK as most do on this site including me to sell your goods.

Thanks Kim, I'll keep all that in mind. One thing, though, if the customer orders from the website, surely the product has to be sent from somewhere.

Generally, you can't supply a film from a UK address without a BBFC certificate.
