If you want to recommend that film producers use a certain girl and the only way they can contact her is through an escort site then mention the girls porn film name and give your e-mail address so that producers can get the details of where to contact her from you. Do not mention her escorting activities. If you can't do the above then don't post.
As explained before ad nauseam this applies even if the girl concerned is an escort and does not mind the world knowing that fact, because such posts just encourage others to post all sorts of rumours.
