I'd like to ask the people in the industry how they went about finding a solicitor?

If someone requires a solictor over a property dispute, it's easy to find a solictor that specialises in that area. But what areas of expertise should one look for when looking for a solicitor with regards issues relating to adult entertainment in the UK?

I suppose it really depends on the format of your legal problem - is it regarding a supposed criminal offence, a contrcact/business situation or something else?

Your question is very valid - it is important to find a solicitor who specialises in the appropriate field. The law society is always a great place to start - if you wish me to dig out there number, I shall do - they will give you details of appropriate solicitors operating in the appropriate field in your required location.

Try Henry Brandman, our friend used him when he had a little problem with his castle when the News of the World slagged him off. Word as it his the best in the country when it comes to adult business, i think he is based in London at present.

Henri Brandman is also my lawyer. He does a lot of the adult related cases. He's served me well for nearly 20 years now. Of course - he's not cheap!!

If anyone needs a solicitor email me and I will recommend a firm that was originally recommended to me. This firm is outside London and therefore the fees are far less extortionate. They handle all matters from contract, litigation, property and even criminal proceedings (although I am very keen to point out that I have never needed their advice on the latter ).
