Do any of you good folks out there know if we will ever be getting true R18 rated films on any of the sat channels?
I'm tired of paying a nightly fee for soft rubbish, such a waste of money. I don't mind paying for the real stuff but what they serve up is not hot.
You can buy videos from sex shops that show it all so why can't you buy a movie on the satellite to watch, after all you have to be 18 to take out a sky contract and their is a parental guide etc.

I know this is frustarting, I feel the same. This may help to explain: The sat channels are "ruled" by the ITC, not the BBFC. As I understand it, thsi means they can edit their own or custom productions within the ITC guidelines. Any pre-certificated material will be a standard 18, as the R18's are too strong for the ITC right now.

Having said that, the sat channels have been getting bolder, but I think are scared to push the envelope in case they lose their licence. I fear it will be a long time happening. Many of their own productions are shot hard and soft, so maybe there is a bigger plan in action?

If you need to feed the desire, do what we did. Get a motorised sat dish and a free legit cards from decent UK suppliers for dedicated porn channels (all around ?160 a year). HTH.
