Dont know Tomsk, cant see it though, unless it came under their 'entertainement' initiative, you could always ring them and say " Hi, I,m a pornographic film maker, and I,m trying to shoot a dp, and pissing scene, but I,ve run out of cash! any chance of a grant?
Then after your released from police custody, you can go to the pub, and rethink the Idea!!
Are you still marrying Sandie? and can I be best man?

70's hardcore was illegal (with members only cinemas being an exception) . Possibly 'foreign versions' were funded although I doubt it was John Lindsay's films.
Why would John Linday use money from the DTI to fund his films?
The film/documentary he made 'The Pornbrokers' had to go through the GLC to get a certificate - I don't think you mean that do you?
