Ero DVD Holland Rip Off

Ordererd 3 Rude Britannia DVDs 14/04/04,E-Mail to be despatched within a week. Payment taken from my account 16/04/04.Follow up E-Mails mostly ignored, some answered with various excuses for non delivery
1. checking x 2.
2.order despatched but named DVDs I quoted not in stock,funny I never received items I did not order.
3. despatched 14/04/04, 2 days before my bank transferred the money, no company despatches before payment to a first time buyer.
As far as I am concerned Ero DVD are a bunch of scumbags and should be deleted from all Forum links.
